What you give us: your first name and email address, and your answers in the Workout Starter (your season of life, how many days you can train, how long, where you train and your experience level).

When you book a call: the details you enter in our booking form.

Basic website data: like most websites, our pages may use cookies and collect basic information such as your browser, device and the pages you visit, to keep the site working and understand how it is used.

How we use it

To book a consultation

To send you emails from Fit By Tahys with tips, updates and offers. You can unsubscribe any time using the link in any email.

To reply to you and help you book a consultation if you ask for one.

To understand which programs are most helpful to women in each season of life.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Who we share it with

We only share your information with the services that help us run our business, and only so they can do that job:

Our customer and email platform (HighLevel, also called LeadConnector), where your contact details are kept and our emails are sent from.

Our website and form hosting providers, including Cloudflare, which stores Workout Starter signups.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

Health information

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are on our list or working with us. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Our website and programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
